My Personal Notes:
As for the duplicate content penalty - I am using their content for my automated blogs postings - no problems there, it actually helps a lot in SE rankings, Adsense and affiliate earnings, not even mention the Time Savings, however yes, I do have to admit I had some problems when I tried to submit their articles into EzineArticles directory and I haven’t modified them enough; regardless my article was the Only one on that topic submitted. But EA actually checks the Whole Internet for a Duplicate content and they are very itchy even you have Just a couple of sentences/paragraphs the same.
